Senior Property Manager

About the role

StaffRight is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead a team of junior managers and oversee the day‑to‑day operations of residential and commercial properties. This remote position supports U.S. property portfolios while working from the Philippines or Latin America on U.S. time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and guide junior on‑site property managers, ensuring best practices.
• Oversee tenant communications, lease renewals and resolution of escalated issues.
• Manage leasing activities, including advertising, showings, applicant screening and lease drafting.
• Ensure compliance with lease terms, investigate violations and handle disputes.
• Supervise vendor coordination for maintenance, repairs and larger renovation projects.
• Collaborate with leadership on marketing strategies and operational improvements.
• Track financial performance, draft budgets, monitor actuals and devise strategies to maximize outcomes.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong background in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management.
• Proven experience managing or leading a property‑management team.
• Availability to work in U.S. time zones (graveyard shift for the Philippines) and start within two weeks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AppFolio or similar property‑management software.
• Competence in Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Comfort using time‑tracking tools such as Time Doctor.
