Senior Manager of Product Management

Walmart Global Tech is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead high‑impact digital products and platforms that serve millions of customers and associates worldwide. The role combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution, requiring collaboration across engineering, design, data, and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for large‑scale products or platforms.
• Formulate problem statements, success metrics and KPIs aligned with business and customer outcomes.
• Drive product discovery using design thinking, hypothesis‑driven approaches and experimentation.
• Lead product development from ideation through MVP, launch and iterative improvement.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams including engineering, design, data, business and operations.
• Leverage data, analytics and customer insights to inform decisions and prioritize opportunities.
• Support go‑to‑market activities to accelerate adoption and impact.
• Communicate progress, risks and trade‑offs clearly to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience shaping product strategy and executing on digital products or platforms.
• Strong knowledge of product discovery, roadmap development and modern product management practices.
• Hands‑on experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with engineering teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in fast‑paced settings.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
