React Developer – Remote (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking a React Developer to join a paid, fully remote AI training program focused on improving AI‑generated code. The role is project‑based and asynchronous, allowing engineers across Latin America to contribute their expertise while working flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code produced by AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Create original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to help improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
• Experience with React or front‑end development is preferred.
