About the role

Join bina’s innovative K-9 learning platform as an Educator I, delivering high‑quality, tech‑enabled instruction to a global cohort of primary‑age students. You will help shape a digital primary school where micro‑classrooms foster academic, social‑emotional, cultural, and environmental learning.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding educational experience for every student and act as a school ambassador.
• Create an inclusive, harmonious learning environment and contribute to content curation and school culture.
• Mentor early‑career colleagues, supporting their growth and development.
• Lead a significant school initiative such as special curriculum coordination, school events, or limited‑scope projects.
• Document institutional knowledge and use data to continuously refine teaching strategies.
• Demonstrate proficiency with all bina tech tools and collaborate smoothly across teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (post‑graduate preferred).
• 3‑5 years of teaching experience with children aged 4‑14.
• Strong family communication record with minimal complaints.
• Passion for innovative, data‑driven K‑9 education.
• Active listener, collaborative teammate, and mentor.
• Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and bina’s values.
