Business Applications Architect

About the role

Zelestra is seeking a Business Applications Architect to serve as the technical reference for its corporate applications ecosystem. The role blends strategic architecture vision with hands‑on implementation, ensuring that SAP and related solutions are designed, integrated, and operated reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the target architecture for the SAP ecosystem, aligning S/4HANA Public Cloud, line‑of‑business modules and the BTP extension layer with the Clean Core principle.
• Establish reusable reference patterns for integration, identity, security and deployment across business units.
• Lead design and governance of SAP BTP, Integration Suite and IAS/IPS, managing sub‑accounts, entitlements, connectivity and certificate lifecycles.
• Analyze, diagnose and resolve daily incidents in payments, bank‑statement uploads, approval workflows and system connectivity (Ariba, Concur, SuccessFactors, Salesforce).
• Review SAP roles and authorizations, coordinate automated off‑boarding, and implement AI‑driven automation and DevOps/CI‑CD practices.
• Provide technical leadership to internal SAP/Salesforce specialists and external AMS vendors.

Required profile

• Strong experience designing end‑to‑end solutions on SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite.
• Hands‑on expertise with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur and Salesforce.
• Proven ability to manage identity solutions with Azure AD/Entra ID and SAP IAS/IPS.
• Track record of incident resolution, change management and operational stability.
• Leadership skills to guide technical teams and coordinate with vendors.
