Associate Project Manager (Food/Beverage Manufacturing)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Associate Project Manager to support cross‑functional project execution in a fast‑paced consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment. You will help align teams, maintain visibility over timelines, and drive momentum for product launches, renovations, and discontinuations within a growing food company serving modern families.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end product launch, renovation and discontinuation projects, defining and tracking timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Maintain and update project management tools such as Monday.com and Airtable for real‑time portfolio visibility.
• Track critical paths, identify risks, blockers and dependencies, and escalate issues as needed.
• Gather cross‑functional inputs for briefs, portfolio reviews and planning meetings, ensuring timely alignment.
• Facilitate recurring meetings, create agendas, document decisions and distribute action items.
• Manage portfolio‑level trackers (SKU lists, discontinuation logs, out‑of‑stock monitoring).
• Improve project tracking systems, seeking automation and efficiency opportunities.
• Ensure data integrity across planning tools and dashboards to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Operations or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, business operations, supply chain, FP&A support or cross‑functional program management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of handling multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
