About the role
Veeqo is looking for an Account Executive to help mid‑market eCommerce sellers get the most out of its inventory and shipping platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding sellers through onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing platform usage.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound seller inquiries via phone, email, and chat, directing them to the appropriate resources.
- Engage sellers in supportive conversations, assisting with product discovery and platform sign‑up.
- Build strong relationships through active listening and clear communication.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to surface seller feedback and resolve support issues.
- Meet adoption support targets while following defined processes and guidelines.
Required profile
- Customer‑focused professional with experience in platform support, customer service, or seller onboarding.
- Embodies Amazon Leadership Principles such as Customer Obsession, Deliver Results, and Bias for Action.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
