Sales Supervisor & Travel Planner

About the role

Costa Adventures is seeking a motivated Sales Supervisor & Travel Planner to join its international team. The role combines leadership of a small sales group with the design of bespoke travel itineraries for high‑end B2B and B2C clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and quote customized itineraries for international travelers.
• Manage sales inquiries via email, phone, and video calls.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies and individual travelers.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate a small sales team.
• Analyze sales performance and drive achievement of targets.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth trip execution.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years experience in tourism, DMC, or incoming travel agencies.
• At least 2 + years managing small teams.
• Strong commercial mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken) and fluency in Spanish.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle high‑profile travelers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with TourPlan (knowledge of WETU is a plus).
