Unix Access Management Engineer (Red Hat IDM)

About the role

Roche is seeking a Unix Access Management Engineer to join its Enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) team. You will be the technical lead for Red Hat IDM‑based access solutions, ensuring secure and efficient Unix access across global cloud and on‑premises environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, integration and automation of Unix Access Management systems using Red Hat IDM, with Centrify expertise as an advantage.
• Provide strategic consultations to stakeholders, define security requirements and develop implementation roadmaps.
• Drive large‑scale migrations of virtual machines to Red Hat IDM infrastructure.
• Enhance monitoring and support capabilities for high‑volume VM environments worldwide.
• Independently analyze moderately complex cybersecurity incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and lead 2nd/3rd‑level troubleshooting.
• Maintain 24x7 on‑call availability for major and critical issues.

Required profile

• Strong background in Unix/Linux system administration and access management.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, preferably Red Hat IDM.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and collaborate with diverse business partners.
• Solid understanding of security incident handling and root‑cause analysis.
