Trilingual Customer Support Representative (French, English, Spanish)

About the role

We are looking for a Trilingual Customer Support Representative to handle credit‑related inquiries in French, English and Spanish. The role combines inbound call handling with back‑office processing to verify account status, apply modifications, and manage fraud alerts.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to credit concerns via phone and back‑office escalations.
• Analyze consumer credit files to identify needs and provide accurate information.
• Document follow‑up actions and coordinate with partner departments for resolution.
• Initiate and complete research required to answer consumer questions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client and project information.
• Serve as liaison between the consumer and the client to achieve the best outcome.
• Ensure compliance with performance metrics and service standards.

Required profile

• Fluency (B2+) in English, Spanish and French – both spoken and written.
• High School Diploma.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment.
• Familiarity with G‑Suite applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
