Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who combines strong expertise in Atlassian tools with solid Linux administration skills. In this position you will be responsible for handling support tickets, diagnosing and fixing application and server problems, and providing day‑to‑day assistance to development teams working with cloud and DevOps technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve support tickets within defined SLA targets.
• Troubleshoot complex application and server issues across Linux environments.
• Administer and maintain Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket instances.
• Perform routine Linux server maintenance, updates and monitoring.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, primarily using Jenkins, and ensure smooth releases.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts in Bash or Python to streamline operations.
• Assist developers in setting up and using Generative AI tools and related environments.
• Collaborate closely with cloud, implementation and infrastructure teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on technical or application support experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Comfortable in a flexible, collaborative work culture that values continuous learning.

Required skills

• Administration of Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket.
• Linux system administration and command‑line proficiency.
• Scripting with Bash and Python.
• Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD processes.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Exposure to infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Knowledge of Generative AI tool administration.
