Sr. Digital Media Performance Strategist

About the role

The Sr. Digital Media Performance Strategist will manage a portfolio of hospitality clients, acting as the primary point of contact for communication, reporting and strategic recommendations. This hybrid role requires working 50% of the time in our San Jose, Costa Rica office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of client needs and build trusted relationships.
• Research, design and present digital media plans, identify target audiences and recommend budgets and channels.
• Conduct regular performance review calls and obtain client approvals for optimisations.
• Draft ad copy, manage creative development and oversee client approval processes.
• Set up campaigns, implement tracking tags and ensure launch timelines and SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with Ad Operations and analytics teams to apply data‑driven strategies and ongoing optimisations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of client‑facing online digital media/advertising experience.
• Experience with Paid Search, Paid Social, Paid Display, Programmatic or Email Marketing.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics and Meta Ads/Meta Business Manager.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for innovation, strategic thinking and strong customer relationship skills.
