Shipping & Receiving Clerk II

About the role

The Shipping & Receiving Clerk II ensures that inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. Working under regular guidance, you will handle documentation, record keeping, and physical movement of goods within a warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and complete shipping and receiving paperwork, entering data into computerized systems.
• Resolve documentation discrepancies by coordinating with relevant teams.
• Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Stabilize trucks with chocks and load/unload vehicles as needed.
• Operate mobile powered equipment safely.
• Collaborate with peers and management to drive continuous improvement of facility operations.
• Follow all safety policies, maintain a clean work area, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Valid B3 driver’s license (up‑to‑date) with at least two years of driving experience.
• Primary education completed; higher education is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing stairs, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 kg.
• Comfort working in indoor and outdoor conditions, including temperatures from 0 °C to 12 °C.
• Fluent reading and writing in Spanish.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or varying shifts with prior notice.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar shipping/receiving role.
• Residence in San Rafael or surrounding areas.

Required skills

• Operation of mobile powered warehouse equipment.
• Cycle counting and inventory verification.
