Senior UI/UX Designer

About the role

TransUnion is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join the Specialized Risk Group product team. This remote position offers the chance to work on large‑scale redesign initiatives, create high‑fidelity prototypes, and influence the user experience of fintech products.

Key responsibilities

• Design UX/UI solutions across multiple products, including major redesign projects.
• Translate business goals and user needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs.
• Build interactive Proof of Concept prototypes to validate ideas and support stakeholder demos.
• Plan, conduct, and analyze user research and usability testing in partnership with the design lead.
• Produce clear, insight‑driven reports from testing results to guide product decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure high‑quality implementation.
• Maintain consistency and scalability across shared design systems.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, research insights, and data.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component systems, Auto Layout, variants, and design systems.
• Hands‑on experience using Figma Make.
• Proven experience conducting user testing and delivering clear reports.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Experience designing for mobile applications and responsive web platforms.
• Background in fintech or other highly regulated industries.
• Ability to work on multiple products simultaneously.
• High level of English proficiency and strong collaboration skills.
