Senior System Engineer – HPE Enterprise Pre‑Sales (CCA)

About the role

The Senior System Engineer (HPE Enterprise/Pre‑Sales) will design and deliver high‑impact compute, storage and hybrid infrastructure solutions for the Caribbean Central America (CCA) region. You will ensure architectures meet standards, support regional growth, and enable successful business transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement complex regional compute and storage solutions to support new business opportunities, organic growth and M&A activities.
• Provide full operational support for global and regional infrastructure services that run revenue‑generating applications and productivity tools.
• Collaborate with project managers to prioritize work and guide Engineers and Associate Engineers to meet team commitments.
• Develop and maintain systems automation and monitoring tools.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including back‑out planning and problem resolution for critical projects.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including 3 years with HPE enterprise solutions.
• Proven presales and customer‑facing experience.
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
