Senior Supervisor – Training & Document Control (Facilities)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead training and document control for its MedTech Orthopedics facilities in Grecia, Costa Rica. The role combines hands‑on facilities equipment maintenance with oversight of training programs and documentation processes to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and monitor training programs for facilities staff.
• Manage the document control system for all facilities procedures, work orders, and compliance records.
• Perform hands‑on maintenance and operation of critical facilities equipment.
• Support the broader facilities team during peak periods and special projects.
• Coordinate with Orthopedics business units to align maintenance activities with production needs.
• Ensure adherence to Environmental Health, Safety (EH&S) and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in facilities management or related technical supervision.
• Proven background in developing and delivering training for technical staff.
• Experience managing document control processes in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of EH&S standards and compliance.
