About the role

West Monroe is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its Technology & Experience (TechEx) practice. You will partner with clients and internal teams on transformational projects, collaborating with a Technical Architect to gather requirements, define platform and integration designs, and develop solutions in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

Design and develop software applications across multiple languages and platforms.
Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Deliver products iteratively using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Configure and develop solutions, perform code reviews, and mentor junior team members.
Contribute to fast‑paced, team‑oriented projects while managing multiple tasks.

Required profile

5+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong grasp of object‑oriented concepts, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to work in a collaborative, Agile environment and mentor junior engineers.
