Senior Revenue Advisor – Customer Solutions Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Revenue Advisor to join Zuora’s Customer Solutions Engineering team in Heredia, Costa Rica. In this customer‑facing position you will partner with Account Executives and solution teams to guide prospects through the full quote‑to‑cash lifecycle, demonstrating how Zuora’s platform can automate revenue recognition and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional discovery sessions to capture business needs and constraints.
• Design and present tailored, end‑to‑end solutions that align with customer objectives.
• Deliver product demonstrations and executive presentations, handling technical objections and differentiating Zuora from competitors.
• Own the technical health and adoption of assigned accounts, defining business cases and KPIs.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Product Management to influence roadmap.
• Support RFP/RFI responses, marketing events, and resolve technical escalations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue accounting or revenue recognition.
• Strong understanding of quote‑to‑cash processes and subscription‑based business models.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and build strategic customer relationships.
