Senior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Senior Recruiter will serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for Terumo Blood and Cell Technology and Teruto Cardio in Costa Rica, delivering full‑cycle recruiting, workforce planning support, and process consistency across both business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract high‑quality talent.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes from requisition intake through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and leadership to align hiring priorities and headcount forecasting.
• Design sourcing strategies leveraging universities, talent pipelines, and professional networks.
• Oversee vendor relationships and recruitment service providers to ensure cost‑effective delivery.
• Implement and continuously improve ATS platforms and structured selection processes.
• Track, analyze, and report recruitment KPIs, labor‑market insights, and hiring trends.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and ensure compliance with Costa Rican labor regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in an autonomous recruiter role.
• Proven experience implementing recruiting processes and systems across multiple business units.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
