Senior Recruiter (Remote Contractor)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our remote team in Costa Rica on a contract basis. You will work with Workfully’s platform to connect top recruiters and talent with global clients across more than 40 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for a wide range of positions, including GTM/commercial, technology, pharma/life‑science and blue‑collar roles.
• Manage relationships with client companies, understanding their hiring needs and delivering suitable talent.
• Collaborate with clients to share candidate profiles and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Leverage Workfully’s tools (ATS, CRM, multiposting, scheduling) to streamline recruitment activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, either in‑house or agency.
• Strong sourcing abilities and proven client‑management skills.
• Experience hiring for diverse role types (commercial, tech, pharma, blue‑collar).
• Fluent English; additional local language(s) a plus.
• Based in Costa Rica.
