Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master

About the role

Apply Digital is seeking a Senior Project Manager who will also act as Scrum Master for multiple digital development teams. The role is hybrid/remote friendly and operates on Pacific Standard Time, supporting clients such as Arc'teryx, Lululemon, and Kraft Heinz.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives for several teams.
• Lead end‑to‑end digital projects, managing scope, timeline, budget and delivery of flagship experiences.
• Define and maintain project roadmaps, release plans and capacity schedules while identifying risks and dependencies.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical and business stakeholders to align priorities with strategic objectives.
• Oversee release processes, coordinate deployments, resolve blockers and ensure QA and performance standards.
• Conduct workshops, discovery sessions and design reviews to gather requirements and achieve shared understanding.
• Collaborate with analytics, QA and technical teams to validate outcomes against KPIs.
• Manage third‑party vendors, ensuring compliance with agreements and quality standards.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience leading complex digital programs in an agency, consultancy or professional services environment.
• Proven track record delivering high‑profile digital platforms for enterprise or global clients.
• Experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Lead on digital initiatives.
• Strong ability to navigate technical complexity and high‑visibility projects.
