Senior Manager, Machine Learning Advanced Analytics

About the role

The Coca-Cola Company’s Technology organization is undergoing a digital transformation, and this role will lead the deployment and operationalization of machine‑learning models at scale. You will work closely with data science and engineering teams to turn data into actionable insights that drive business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with data science teams to move models from experimentation to production, packaging them in Docker containers for scalable deployment.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) for model training, evaluation, and deployment, leveraging Azure Container Registry, AKS or ACS.
• Implement monitoring for model performance, data drift, and system health, ensuring observability of containerized endpoints.
• Collaborate with data engineering to integrate clean data pipelines (e.g., Medallion architecture) into ML workflows.
• Write clean, modular Python code, enforce Git version control, and mentor junior MLOps engineers.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional experience in MLOps, data engineering, or software engineering.
• 3+ years leading and scaling high‑performing MLOps or data platform teams, with a focus on mentorship and performance management.
• Hands‑on experience with a major cloud ML platform (Azure ML preferred, AWS SageMaker or GCP Vertex AI acceptable).
• Strong understanding of the ML lifecycle, containerized micro‑services, and software engineering best practices.
