Senior HRIS Analyst

About the role

Sphera is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to join its Global Total Rewards and HR Operations teams. The analyst will act as a system administrator for the company’s comprehensive HR technology stack, ensuring smooth implementation, configuration, integration, and ongoing maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the global HR systems, including implementation, configuration, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across HR databases, performing regular audits.
• Partner with leadership to manage merit and incentive processes from budgeting to delivery.
• Model and analyze organizational and financial impacts of HR initiatives.
• Lead HR process reviews, develop documentation, and create job aids.
• Support internal audit and compliance initiatives (e.g., SOC, ISO) as the HR representative.
• Develop and maintain system configurations, validations, calculated fields, and eligibility rules.
• Produce advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decisions.
• Deliver HR system training and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience administering HR systems.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday.
• Strong understanding of business and financial HR programs.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
