About the role
Cargill is seeking a Senior HR Operations Administrator to support HR services across the US and Canada. The role involves handling data administration, leave processes, exit management, payroll, time and attendance, and benefits to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely support to employees and managers on HR policies, benefits, and service inquiries.
- Gather and verify data, prepare reports on HR service effectiveness, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support process optimization projects, implement accountability measures, and address root‑cause issues.
- Enter and maintain accurate HR data in multiple systems on a daily basis.
- Partner with teams to manage terminations, leaves, and other employee lifecycle events, flagging potential challenges.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of relevant HR operations experience.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
Required skills
- Excel (intermediate level).
- ServiceNow or other ticketing platforms.
- SAP.
