Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep AWS expertise to join Proxify’s fast‑growing remote network. You will design, build and maintain robust cloud infrastructure, streamline CI/CD pipelines and ensure secure, scalable deployments for our global developer community.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage AWS‑based infrastructure to guarantee performance, reliability and scalability.
• Develop, maintain and optimise CI/CD pipelines for seamless application delivery.
• Automate provisioning and configuration using IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible or CloudFormation.
• Containerise workloads and orchestrate them with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor systems with CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to embed DevSecOps best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on DevOps experience, primarily in AWS environments.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash or PowerShell.
• Proven experience with infrastructure‑as‑code, containerisation and orchestration.
• Solid understanding of networking, security and multi‑tier application architectures.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and effective communication in a fast‑paced remote setting.
