Senior Developer, Process Intelligence

About the role

Cargill is seeking a Senior Developer to lead the creation of intelligent process insights through advanced analytics and process mining. The role bridges business needs and technical delivery, ensuring data, process maps, and metrics are available for timely, actionable decision‑support.

Key responsibilities

• Build pre‑transformed data assets and perform extraction, transformation, and preparation for reporting and advanced analytics.
• Design, develop, test, and implement complex backend and front‑end solutions that enable business‑ready visualizations and analytics.
• Develop predictive analytics and what‑if simulation algorithms to generate forward‑looking process insights.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams on platform and infrastructure initiatives, including ETL pipeline monitoring and data accuracy.
• Configure future‑state processes, create conformance and data models, and expand intelligence capabilities across the process lifecycle.
• Steward business process management standards and actively participate in the process community.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, typically 5+ years in data‑driven analytics or process intelligence.
• Lean Six Sigma training; Black Belt attainment is preferred.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
