Senior Amazon PPC Marketing Manager for Private Label Brands

About the role

We are looking for a senior Amazon operator to own and grow multiple private‑label brands on the Amazon marketplace. The role focuses on driving revenue through effective PPC campaigns, listing optimisation and a strong marketplace strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own Amazon performance across several brands and SKUs.
• Build, manage and scale Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns.
• Develop keyword strategies to improve ranking, visibility and conversion.
• Optimise product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions and A+ (EBC) content.
• Identify gaps in listings and coordinate creative assets such as images and infographics.
• Analyse competitors and adjust tactics to win key search terms.
• Manage and optimise Amazon storefronts.
• Plan monthly marketing budgets and allocate spend per product.
• Track performance metrics and continuously improve ROI, conversion rate and rankings.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and internal teams to align brand positioning.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing Amazon private‑label brands.
• Proven track record of growing Amazon revenue and improving performance metrics.
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to take full ownership.
• Self‑directed, proactive and excellent communication in English.
