Salesforce Marketing Manager – Strategy & Consulting

About the role

Join a global consulting network of over 10,000 professionals and lead the design, build, and implementation of Salesforce‑based marketing initiatives. You will work directly with clients to create and execute multi‑channel campaign strategies that drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design new campaign strategies and marketing plans across all channels.
• Conduct capability assessments and recommend optimisations for the marketing stack.
• Develop next‑best‑action strategies, business cases and value‑architected solutions.
• Define and track campaign KPIs, attribution models and optimisation tactics.
• Lead at least one large‑scale Salesforce Marketing program from strategy through delivery, using SFMC, Pardot, Personalization, Data Cloud and Salesforce Loyalty.
• Facilitate requirement‑gathering workshops, create functional blueprints and coordinate multi‑disciplinary delivery teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end Salesforce Marketing projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and optimise campaigns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, international consulting environment.
