Remote React Developer – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking a Remote React Developer to join a paid AI training program focused on improving AI‑generated code. You will work asynchronously across Latin America, reviewing AI‑produced code, rating its quality, and creating coding challenges to help the model learn.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Eligibility to work in any listed Latin American country.
