Remote DevOps Engineer – AI Code Review & Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. In this role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate the quality of AI responses, and create coding challenges that help improve model performance. The work is fully asynchronous and flexible, ideal for engineers looking for project‑based assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
