Remote Appointment Setter – US Home Services

About the role

Mother is a fast‑growing residential plumbing company looking for a dedicated Appointment Setter to support its U.S. operations. This remote, full‑time position will be the first voice customers hear, handling calls, scheduling service visits, and turning inquiries into booked jobs.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from U.S. residential plumbing customers.
• Convert inquiries into appointments using consultative, value‑based communication.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate dispatch with field technicians.
• Identify upsell and membership opportunities and present them naturally.
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, gather feedback, and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and support operational workflows.
• Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Fluent English – all communication is with U.S. customers and teams.
• Prior sales experience with a light, consultative approach.
• Strong verbal communication, warm and persuasive tone.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.
• Proficiency in scheduling software.
• Comfort with digital workflows.
