Program Manager

About the role

This is a 12‑month temporary position with the possibility of extension, joining a multinational company to lead high‑impact business programs. The role focuses on business and operational program management rather than technical development.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage business and operational programs, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines and priorities.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify risks, issues and opportunities and drive resolution.
• Support design, implementation and continuous improvement of operational processes and controls.
• Monitor program performance, conduct regular reviews and analysis to identify trends and gaps.
• Prepare clear reports, presentations and program updates for stakeholders and leadership.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting and tracking mechanisms.

Required profile

• 1–3 years (junior), 3–6 years (mid‑level) or 6+ years (senior) experience in program or project management, operations or business analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, Finance or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
