About the role
We are looking for a Production Planning Manager to lead planning activities for our orthopaedics business in Grecia, Costa Rica. Reporting to the Production Planning & Logistics Senior Manager, you will oversee a team of supply‑chain professionals and ensure production plans align with business strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team responsible for production planning and scheduling.
- Collaborate with global planning teams to assess demand, capacity and inventory requirements.
- Prioritize goals and objectives in line with the company’s strategic roadmap.
- Support the upcoming separation of the Orthopaedics business into the standalone DePuy Synthes entity.
- Monitor and improve planning processes to meet operational targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience in production planning or supply‑chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
- Ability to work in a cross‑functional, global setting.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
