Production Operator

About the role

We are looking for Production Operators to join our advanced manufacturing plant. You will perform a variety of tasks in the mixing, liquid‑filling and dry‑part filling areas, ensuring that products reach millions of consumers worldwide while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the production plan and maintain product quality on all lines.
• Operate primary and auxiliary equipment such as mixers, liquid fillers, box sealers, bag sealers and stretch wrappers.
• Supply packaging material to lines, label packages and assemble boxes.
• Conduct line inspections, cleaning, sanitation and mechanical maintenance (lubrication, adjustments, inspections).
• Assist with re‑processing, manual filling and packaging tasks.
• Collect product and ingredient samples for the Quality Assurance laboratory.
• Operate a forklift to move ingredients and finished goods.
• Complete required quality‑system records and identify or resolve operational issues.
• Follow all safety, health, environmental and GMP policies.

Required profile

• Completed at least ninth grade (secondary education preferred).
• Approximately one year of experience in manufacturing, food or pharmaceutical environments.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is desirable.
• Basic mathematics and numerical calculation skills.

Required skills

• Operation of mixing, liquid‑filling and dry‑part filling equipment (e.g., box sealers, bag sealers, stretch wrappers).
• Forklift operation.
• Basic mechanical maintenance (lubrication, adjustments, inspections).
• Understanding of GMP and quality‑system documentation.
