Production Designer

About the role

Beyondsoft is looking for a highly creative Production Designer to join a hybrid team (one day onsite in the America Free Zone, Heredia, and four days remote). This temporary four‑month contract will focus on delivering visually compelling and strategically effective design solutions for both internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create merchandising and marketing campaigns that elevate the client’s brand across online and offline channels.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define standards for various work requests.
• Promote best‑practice production techniques and stay updated on emerging technological solutions that improve creative workflows.
• Apply design principles that drive successful outcomes and clearly communicate design rationale to all stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting overlapping deadlines while building trust and credibility.

Required profile

• Proven production design expertise with a tech‑savvy mindset.
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with product, marketing, and broader creative teams.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid setting (1 day onsite, 4 days remote).
• Willingness to commit to a four‑month contract with possible extension.
