Procurement Senior Analyst

About the role

Bridgestone is seeking a Procurement Senior Analyst to manage the acquisition of goods and services that support both indirect and direct operations across the company. The role combines purchasing, supplier management, and strategic sourcing to ensure cost‑effective and reliable supply.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain required goods and services for indirect operations (office supplies, IT equipment, travel, maintenance, etc.) and direct operations (raw materials, manufacturing services, retail products).
• Conduct product and service sourcing, supplier selection, pricing and terms negotiation, order processing, and contract administration.
• Manage supplier performance and develop supplier relationship management processes.
• Monitor market dynamics affecting availability and pricing, and coordinate supplier integration with internal stakeholders.
• Support limited‑scope problem solving and contribute to project planning, design, testing, and completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 1 year of experience in procurement or sourcing.
• Strong organizational abilities and deadline‑driven work style.
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Self‑starter attitude with proactive problem‑solving.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
