About the role

The Pricing Specialist (Analytical Focus) provides data‑driven insights that shape pricing strategy and commercial decisions. Working closely with finance and business partners, you will translate complex data into actionable recommendations that improve revenue and margin.

Key responsibilities

• Lead advanced pricing analytics, identifying risks and opportunities from pricing data, client trends, and financial performance.
• Design and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate pricing scenarios, cost structures, and margin impacts.
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks, ensuring data integrity and automating reporting processes.
• Support the evolution of pricing frameworks through benchmarking, policy input, and long‑term strategy development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in pricing analytics, financial modeling, or commercial finance.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or a data‑driven commercial environment is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel and other data tools.
• Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into business insights.
