Portfolio Manager – Costa Rica & Colombia, Global Real Estate & Facilities

About the role

Amazon's Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee the real‑estate and facilities portfolio for Costa Rica and Colombia. The role operates in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment and requires a self‑driven professional who can partner with multiple internal functions and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the real‑estate and facilities portfolio for Amazon sites in Costa Rica and Colombia.
• Partner with Business Leaders, Finance, Design & Construction, Strategy & Occupancy Planning, Transaction Management, HR, IT, Security, Procurement and other stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of leases, landlords, site strengths, compliance requirements and critical dates.
• Coordinate project delivery across cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and successful implementation.
• Develop, implement and scale programs that improve workplace experience and operational efficiency.
• Provide financial oversight, analysis and recommendations for portfolio decisions.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a complex, fast‑changing environment.
• In‑depth knowledge of lease administration, compliance and financial oversight.
