Personal Assistant – Executive Support (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to an executive. The role is fully remote and requires a trustworthy professional who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings and daily schedules.
• Coordinate personal and professional commitments, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Monitor and organize emails, messages, calls and other communications.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations and other materials.
• Arrange travel, itineraries and virtual meetings.
• Track reminders, deadlines, tasks and follow‑ups.
• Conduct online research and gather information as needed.
• Assist with expense tracking, invoices and administrative records.
• Maintain organized digital files, contacts and records.
• Support personal and professional projects, anticipating needs and taking proactive action.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Personal, Executive, Administrative or Virtual Assistant.
• Strong ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Highly proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote‑work setup.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable using calendars, email, spreadsheets and video‑conferencing tools.
