People & Culture Project Manager

About the role

Roche is seeking a People & Culture Project Manager to lead complex global and regional initiatives that drive organizational transformation and enhance employee experience. You will work within the People Support Solutions organization, collaborating with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of global or regional People & Culture projects, including transformation programs.
• Establish project governance, define scope and objectives, and align initiatives with business priorities.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID).
• Drive communication, change management and training activities to ensure business readiness.
• Apply and adapt delivery methodologies such as waterfall, agile, Scrum, SAFe, Lean and Design Thinking.
• Coach and support teams through agile transformation, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience managing complex global projects with significant scope and budget.
• Experience supporting HR/People & Culture initiatives and transformation programs in matrixed organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a track record of engaging senior leadership.
• Experience with both traditional project management and agile frameworks.
• Excellent communication, cross‑cultural collaboration and problem‑solving abilities.
