Operations Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to support daily business activities and ensure smooth workflow across multiple teams. This remote position requires a detail‑oriented professional who can manage tasks, coordinate information, and help improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to managers and internal teams.
• Coordinate daily business operations, monitor tasks, deadlines, and follow‑ups.
• Organize and maintain operational documents, records, files, and databases.
• Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other operational documentation.
• Perform data entry and verify information for accuracy.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external contacts.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, calls, appointments, and other operational activities.
• Track invoices, expenses, orders, and other operational records as needed.
• Support onboarding, internal projects, and process‑related activities.
• Identify process gaps and help implement efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in operations, administrative support, or office coordination.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote‑work setup.
