Operations Analyst – Young Professional (Remote)

Key responsibilities

• Support analysis and documentation of operational processes, identifying improvement areas.
• Gather and organize operational data to generate reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand workflows and contribute to process optimisation.
• Monitor key operational metrics, flag deviations and assist in root‑cause analysis.
• Participate in implementing new tools, systems, or procedures to improve day‑to‑day operations.
• Prepare presentations and materials for internal meetings and reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in operations, process improvement, or business analysis.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
