Online ESL Teacher - Young Learners

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic American expats with certified English teaching credentials to deliver live, group-based ESL lessons to young learners online. The position is fully remote, allowing you to teach from anywhere with a stable internet connection while following a structured curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging group English lessons via Zoom or WebEx for children.
• Follow the provided curriculum to ensure learning objectives are met.
• Maintain a fun, interactive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Adhere to the scheduled teaching hours (Monday‑Friday 6‑10 PM, Saturday‑Sunday 9 AM‑9 PM Beijing Time).

Required profile

• Native English speaker, preferably from the USA.
• Valid 120‑hour TESOL/TEFL certification.
• At least 2 years of online English teaching experience, including group instruction.
• Energetic, child‑friendly teaching style and self‑motivation.

Required skills

• Computer with Intel® Core™ i5 or higher, 8 GB RAM minimum.
• High‑speed internet (≥20 Mbps upload/download) via LAN cable.
• UPS backup power, noise‑cancelling headset, and HD webcam.
• Quiet, well‑lit private teaching space.
