About the role

The Executive Committee Member will lead the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring all operational departments function smoothly and meet brand standards such as Forbes and Leading Hotels. This senior position reports directly to the General Manager and works closely with division directors to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all operational areas including Rooms Division, Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Spa/Wellness.
• Ensure compliance with brand, Forbes, and other applicable standards.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in processes, productivity, quality, and guest experience.
• Maintain consistent hotel operations and drive operational excellence.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among all departments.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of luxury hotel operations experience, preferably in five‑star resorts.
• Previous senior leadership role such as Director of Operations or Rooms Division Director.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development abilities.
• Guest‑centric mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work in international, multicultural environments.
• High level of autonomy, decision‑making capability, and sound judgment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
