Mid Senior UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer who can translate high‑level product requirements into user‑centered experiences. You will work closely with product, development, and business teams to shape the vision of our sportsbook and gaming platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret product requirements and create clear UX solutions.
• Conduct discovery activities such as competitor analysis, benchmarking, and UX research.
• Propose new features and improvements to drive product innovation.
• Design scalable, future‑proof solutions and convert wireframes into high‑fidelity mockups.
• Deliver pixel‑perfect UI that follows design system rules, best practices, and brand standards.
• Consider responsive behavior across screen sizes and devices.
• Build, manage, and evolve the Design System for consistency across teams.
• Work in Figma and/or Adobe XD to produce assets, prototypes, flows, and documentation.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation and high‑quality execution.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of UX principles combined with excellent visual design sense.
• Ability to turn complex business and product needs into intuitive experiences.
• Experience conducting benchmarking, competitive research, and UX analysis.
• Strategic thinker who designs for today while anticipating future needs.
• Confident communicator and collaborative team player.

Required skills

• Figma (design systems, components, prototyping).
• Adobe XD (nice to have).
• Delivering pixel‑perfect UI and maintaining visual quality standards.
• Working with design systems and scalable component structures.
