Mid Senior UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer who can translate high‑level product requirements into thoughtful, user‑centered experiences. You will work closely with product, development, and business teams to shape the vision of our sportsbook and gaming platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret product requirements and create clear UX solutions.
• Conduct discovery activities such as competitor analysis, benchmarking, and UX research.
• Propose new features and improvements, contributing to product innovation.
• Design scalable, future‑proof solutions and convert wireframes into high‑fidelity mockups.
• Deliver pixel‑perfect UI that follows design system rules, brand standards, and best practices.
• Consider responsive behavior across screen sizes and devices.
• Build, manage, and evolve the Design System to ensure consistency.
• Work in Figma and/or Adobe XD to produce assets, prototypes, flows, and documentation.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of UX principles combined with excellent visual design sense.
• Ability to turn complex business needs into intuitive experiences.
• Comfortable conducting benchmarking, competitive research, and UX analysis.
• Strategic thinker who designs for today while anticipating future needs.
• Confident communicator and collaborative team player.

Required skills

• Figma (design systems, components, prototyping).
• Adobe XD (preferred).
