About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in HubSpot to lead and optimise multi‑channel campaigns across the LATAM region. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with occasional on‑site collaboration in Costa Rica, and focuses on driving lead generation, conversion and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, build, deploy, and optimise multi‑channel marketing campaigns (email, social, web, paid ads) using HubSpot’s automation and workflow tools.
  • Develop high‑converting landing pages, forms, CTAs and multi‑step email nurture sequences.
  • Build and maintain complex workflows for lead scoring, segmentation, lifecycle management and personalised content delivery.
  • Collaborate with content teams to publish SEO‑optimised web content, blogs and landing pages.
  • Monitor KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, CAC, LTV), generate performance reports and refine strategies to improve ROI.
  • Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot and other tools such as CRM, ERP, analytics and advertising platforms.
  • Run regular A/B tests on emails, landing pages and CTAs to boost engagement.
  • Train marketing and sales teams on HubSpot best practices and new features.

Required profile

  • 4+ years of hands‑on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (Marketing, CMS, Workflows, Reporting).
  • Proven track record managing end‑to‑end marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation, lead lifecycle and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience with A/B testing, SEO, email marketing and digital analytics (Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics).
  • Strong technical aptitude, comfortable with APIs, data imports/exports and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across sales, product and content teams.
  • HubSpot certification (Inbound Marketing, Marketing Software or equivalent) is a strong plus.
