About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Marketing Services Manager to lead strategy development and execution for its Advisors & Consulting Services. The role focuses on delivering data‑driven marketing solutions to a global client base across banking, retail, and other industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, defining marketing strategies and programs for regional and global clients.
• Own relationships with mid‑level to senior client stakeholders, assessing agenda, culture, and change readiness.
• Guide internal teams to develop effective marketing recommendations and deliver compelling client presentations.
• Provide day‑to‑day project leadership, ensuring innovative solution evolution and collaborative delivery.
• Coordinate with Mastercard product and business development teams to scope projects and build intellectual capital.

Required profile
