About the role
The Manufacturing Process Failure Analyst will independently analyze product failure trends within our production lines, document findings, and recommend corrective actions. Working with limited supervision, you will help drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes to ensure high‑quality, reliable medical devices.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze failure tendencies of manufactured products and identify root causes.
- Perform detailed failure analysis and maintain accurate records of investigations.
- Develop and propose solutions to mitigate recurring failures.
- Provide feedback to production teams to improve process stability and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on complex problem‑solving assignments.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent judgment and initiative in solving complex manufacturing issues.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly and influence process improvements.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
