Managing Consultant – Performance Analytics

About the role

Mastercard Advisors is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead performance analytics projects for its global payments clients. You will work with cross‑functional teams to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive business value.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, collate and analyse data from multiple sources to build reliable fact bases.
• Apply quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques to identify client issues and formulate recommendations.
• Prepare draft reports, steering‑committee presentations and client‑facing decks with minimal editing.
• Deliver presentations confidently to internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan, organise and manage the work of analysts to meet project budget and profitability targets.
• Extract and share intellectual capital, tools and best practices across engagements.
• Support client relationship management and contribute to business‑development activities.

Required profile

• Demonstrated consulting or senior business‑management experience, preferably within a major financial institution.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English and the local language.
• Strong analytical, interpretive and problem‑solving abilities, with a track record of turning ambiguous data into clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication and client‑management skills.
